1) Sceptre LED 24 Inch Monitor

As technology continues to advance, it’s getting more and more expensive to stay current with all the new advancements, especially when it comes to computers and electronics. If you’re already working on a limited budget and are thinking about building your own computer, you may be hesitant because of the high price of the new 24 Inch Monitor. Luckily, though, if you’re willing to sacrifice a few extra inches of screen space, you can get a huge discount by choosing a 23-inch or 24 inch monitor instead of one that’s 27 inches or larger.

Things to Know

LED monitors do not require backlighting like their CRT counterparts. Instead, they use light-emitting diodes for display. As a result, an LED monitor consumes significantly less power than a CRT monitor (as little as 20% of that of a CRT monitor). The reduced power consumption also means that an LED 24 Inch Monitor will put out less heat than its CRT counterpart.

How it Compares

A key thing to note when reviewing any technology is how it compares with other products on the market. This will give you a great deal of information about what to expect from different technologies, along with how they stack up against each other. This is especially true for computer parts but can be applied elsewhere as well. Let’s get started by taking a look at…

Why Consider this Over Other Brands?

If you’re looking for a big-screen display but can’t afford to spend a lot, take a look at Sceptre 24 inch widescreen LCD 24 Inch Monitor. At $200, it has an impressive screen resolution, with 1920 x 1080 pixels. It also boasts several ports including two HDMI and one VGA port. This versatile display allows users to connect multiple devices such as tablets and laptops with ease via HDMI and is ideal for movies, gaming, and photo viewing.

Final Word

While it’s not going to dethrone Samsung, LG, or any of those top-shelf manufacturers, I still think that for gamers who are on a budget, there’s no better option than an HD monitor. They may lack a little of that wow factor at first but they perform almost as well and are certainly of great value. The Sceptre is a fantastic choice – especially if you don’t need something with too many bells and whistles.

2) HP 24mh FHD 24 Inch Monitor

The HP 24 Inch Monitor has been around for years now, so why am I reviewing it? Well, the reason is that it’s still being sold as an option to this day, and also because there hasn’t been much written about it in terms of reviews. This monitor came out at a time when monitors weren’t quite as advanced as they are today, and its price range reflected that. So was it worth buying? Is it still? Should you pick one up? Let’s find out together!

The HP 24mh is a massive monitor with great color reproduction, no backlight bleeding, and impressive image quality. This monitor is also cheaper than most of its competitors and it’s hard to go wrong with such a nice product at that price. If you’re looking for a massive yet inexpensive monitor, then we suggest you check out our review below!

Performance of FHD 24-Inch Monitor

Even though gaming monitors are more popular, with more and more games supporting 144Hz refresh rates, you don’t necessarily need a specialized monitor. This monitor is one of HP’s newest and it supports a 144Hz refresh rate, so even though it’s advertised as a professional device, you can use it for gaming if you wish. The build quality of all of HP’s new products is outstanding so I expect nothing less from their new line of 24 Inch Monitors.

ViewSonic VX2453MH is an excellent competitor, but it doesn’t have a USB hub or speakers. Dell P2416D has better connectivity options than HP and has superb color accuracy at an incredibly high price point. If you want good color quality at a low price, go with Dell U2412M or HP 23er.

Design and Accessories

The HP monitor has a classic and sophisticated design. The curved edges allow for a seamless viewing experience. It comes with VGA and DVI inputs, giving you multiple options to connect your computer. It also has integrated speakers for a fuller multimedia experience. The monitor’s stand is sturdy but does not have height adjustment or swivel functions, which are pretty standard features for monitors of its size today.

The HP 24mh is one of a few monitors on my radar right now, mainly because of its stunning picture quality. If you’re in need of a new 24 Inch Monitor, I can’t recommend it enough. It might not have any extras like built-in speakers or HDMI ports, but it offers an eye-popping picture that’s sure to be a great foundation for your computing needs.

3) Dell PC 24 Inch Monitor

When I was asked to review the Dell 24 Inch PC Monitor, my first reaction was, No way. You see, Dell products are always so expensive, and I just couldn’t see myself purchasing something like this. However, when they sent me one to try out, I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. This monitor has excellent picture quality, and it even comes with built-in speakers that can be controlled through your computer!

The Good

The Dell U2414H ($210.99) 24 Inch Monitor is a standard Full HD, 60 Hz monitor with an IPS panel that offers great overall image quality. The stand provides good ergonomics, and it has built-in speakers and multiple inputs so it’s ready to go out of the box. The bezel design allows for very thin borders around its 1920 x 1080 display, which helps improve immersion when viewing videos or playing games in Full HD.

The Bad

Just like any product out there, dell has its share of cons. The first is that it only comes with a VGA connection (not DVI or HDMI), which means that you will need to purchase an adapter if you want to use it for your computer, as most computers today only have HDMI and DVI. The second is that though it features LED technology, a lot of people have complained about dead pixels on their screens and flickering images.

The Verdict

It might not be for everyone, but for people who demand reliability and performance from their monitors, Dell is an affordable option that can’t be beaten. The company has earned a solid reputation over its history in computers, so it’s no surprise that their screens are top-notch as well. When shopping for a high-end 24 Inch Monitor, look no further than Dell.

4) Samsung FT45 Series 24 Computer Monitor Inch FHD 1080p

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samsung monitors in the past, so I was pretty excited to take a look at the new FT45 Series 24-Inch FHD 1080p Computer Monitor. This full-size monitor has plenty of features and strong specs that make it an attractive option for your office or home computer setup. This article will go over the details of this particular monitor and why I believe it is one of the best on the market today. Let’s dive right in!

Why I bought the Samsung FT45 Series 24 Inch Monitor

I had been looking for a new 24 Inch Monitor for quite some time. I wasn’t looking to break any records with size, nor was I seeking one that would be considered massive in size. In fact, I didn’t have any specific criteria in mind other than it being high definition and supporting full 1080p resolution. Finally, after weeks of researching various models, I came across what seemed to be an excellent option – The Samsung T24C350FTXZNU.

First Impressions

The first thing that struck me about these monitors is how thin they are. I’m used to my HP monitor which has a pretty wide bezel so it kind of dominated my desk. The designers over at Samsung have made some great choices regarding appearance. The thin bezels around the screen and futuristic-looking stand give it a look like no other computer monitor I’ve seen before.

Pros and Cons

First, let’s talk about some of its good qualities. I love that it is anti-glare, for one thing. And with a resolution of 1920×1080 and a response time of 2ms, I can’t complain about its picture quality or smoothness.

I got a chance to review and try out a new 24 Inch Monitor from Samsung. This is a great full high-definition monitor that I have been very happy with so far. The screen quality and color are extremely nice, it’s easy to set up and simple to navigate around. It’s not too bulky or heavy either, just what you would expect in a new technology product of its kind. I am very impressed with it!

5) LG 24GN650-B Ultragear Gaming 24 Inch Monitor

LG’s 24-inch Ultragear Gaming Monitor might be the choice for gamers who want a large screen with a curved display that allows you to play your games from virtually any position in your room. It offers AMD FreeSync technology, which reduces screen stuttering and tearing for smooth, seamless gameplay, and offers three gaming modes to optimize your gaming experience. We take an in-depth look at this gaming monitor to see if it has what it takes to keep up with today’s high-end gaming 24 Inch Monitor.

Introduction to the LG 24GB65

The LG GN650 is LG’s second and cheapest G-SYNC monitor, joining a rapidly growing list of gaming monitors on offer. The main differentiator between it and its bigger sibling – in addition to its slightly smaller size – is that it uses a VA (Vertical Alignment) panel rather than an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel. It’s not quite as expensive as those models equipped with adaptive sync, but how does it compare?

What you need to know about 4K

If you have an Ultra HD TV and you’re wondering what 4K content is out there, we can answer that question. It’s not much. Even though you may be dying to watch movies in 4K, it’s still going to be tough finding them unless you download them illegally (don’t do that). Because of poor UHD TV sales, Hollywood isn’t investing in making new titles available in 4K… yet.

Who should buy this 24 Inch Monitor?

Casual gamers and professionals with limited desk space should really consider taking a look at LG’s ultra gear gaming 24 Inch Monitor line. These are monitors that offer excellent performance while saving you space. The top of our list is undoubtedly LG’s 24 GN650-B, a classy but practical solution for those who play games on their computer. If you’re looking for a new monitor, we strongly suggest taking a look at what LG has to offer.

Final Thoughts

The LG 24GN650 is a very budget-friendly 24 144Hz gaming monitor. Despite its low price, it manages to provide an immersive gaming experience thanks to its deep blacks and vivid colors. Although it doesn’t support FreeSync, you can still get a smooth gaming experience with NVIDIA G-SYNC without any stuttering or screen tearing due to its native 144Hz refresh rate.

6) BenQ 24 Inch IPS Monitor

BenQ 24 Inch IPS Monitor review – A quality monitor at an affordable price. This is the question that I’m going to attempt to answer in this BenQ 24 Inch IPS Monitor Review. Let’s start off with the basics of this 24 Inch Monitor, and then get into my personal opinion of it so you can have all the information before deciding whether or not you should buy this monitor yourself. This monitor has a 23.8 inch screen, 16:9 aspect ratio, resolution of 1920×1080, 5ms response time, display port input, and speakers built into the monitor itself.

For those looking to get a high-quality display and avoid spending thousands on a professional display, there are options like BenQ’s GW2470H. It isn’t going to give you top-of-line color accuracy but it will offer color rendering that is better than average at an affordable price point. If you’re looking for an above-average all-around monitor, read on.

How it looks

This BenQ monitor has a sleek silver bezel that stands out nicely against its white surface. This screen is thin, but you can’t see it because of its built-in stand. It has a 4ms response time and 16:9 aspect ratio that makes gaming or watching videos and pictures a joy to look at. It also contains RGB lighting in five different areas on your screen, with each side being able to light up independently from one other.

Functions and performance

This BenQ model is a 23.8-inch LCD display that comes in either black or white and features a high-quality anti-glare coating that’s easy on your eyes. It is not 4K but rather Full HD, meaning it has a resolution of 1920 by 1080. It boasts an impressive contrast ratio of 8 million:1 and delivers vivid colors thanks to its 6ms response time (gray to gray). Users can connect their devices via HDMI, DVI, or VGA ports.

Final thoughts

The BenQ G2400HM is a very decent choice for people looking for a new computer screen. The colors are crisp and vibrant, it’s thin and sleek, has multiple ports that make it easy to connect to any PC, and it’s also energy efficient. It’s probably one of my favorite choices out there. Plus it comes in at a great price point too! So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and buy this one!

7) ASUS VG248QG Gaming 24 Inch Monitor

What happens when you combine Asus ROG with the classic VG248QE monitor? You get the VG248QG gaming monitor, an excellent 24-inch display that offers stunning visuals at 1080p resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The monitor also features AMD FreeSync technology and Asus’ GamePlus feature, making it an excellent choice for gamers looking to experience their games at their best. Let’s take a closer look at this new screen in our full review of the Asus VG248QG gaming monitor!

How well does it work?

I have been using Asus VG248QG for more than a year now. It has never given me any kind of problem and I am very happy with its performance. The features it offers are amazing and it also gives you full adjustability. With its fast response time, sharp pictures, good connectivity and multiple display support, it is one of my favorite gaming 24 Inch Monitors in 2017.

Specs & Features

The ASUS VG248QG is a 24-inch Full HD monitor with a 1920 x 1080p resolution and a fast 1ms response time. The display is also G-Sync compatible, making it able to sync with NVIDIA graphics cards over an HDMI connection.

What We Like

The Asus VG248QG is a fast gaming monitor with incredibly smooth gameplay, thanks to its 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. The screen has a low input lag of approximately 2.2ms, which makes it one of the best gaming monitors around. It’s also loaded with many of Asus’ proprietary features, including game-friendly technologies like GamePlus and Adaptive-Sync/FreeSync support.

Other Options To Consider Before Buying

Before settling on Asus VG248QG as your monitor, consider another popular choice. There is many gaming 24 Inch Monitors to choose from these days. BenQ ZOWIE RL2455HM comes close to Asus in terms of specs and performance, but it lacks some features such as Eye-Care Technology that improves visual comfort. BenQ GL2580H is a good alternative for less money than Asus; however, it doesn’t include G-Sync for smoother gameplay.

8) Acer R240HY bidx 23.8-Inch Monitor

The Acer R240HY bidx 23.8 to 24 Inch Monitor packs in many quality features that make it a great choice for office and business use, including its 1080p full HD resolution, fast 5ms response time, and LED backlight with reduced power consumption. While this monitor doesn’t have some of the newer technologies of more expensive alternatives on the market, you’ll be hard-pressed to find similar features at this price point anywhere else! But does it all add up to an excellent value? Keep reading to find out what we liked about this model and what we didn’t!

The Acer monitor comes with a multi-touch stand that is fairly plain, but functional. The 22 screen itself boasts a 1080p display and has a response time of 4ms, which is pretty standard among 24 Inch Monitors in its price range. The bezel around the screen itself is also small at only 6mm on all sides. It uses IPS technology which gives it accurate colors and wide viewing angles.

Key Features

– Stunning visuals with Full HD 1080p resolution and an ultra-wide 178°/178° viewing angle. – Minimized distractions with a slim profile and ultra-narrow bezel. – Adjust your view to fit your needs with tilt, swivel, pivot, height adjustment, and portrait mode capabilities.

The first thing to note about performance is that a native refresh rate of 60Hz may seem a little slow by today’s standards, but Acer has included a technology called Adaptive-Sync (Free-Sync) with their 24 Inch Monitor. What Free Sync allows you to do is synchronize your graphics card and monitor frame rates in order to eliminate screen tearing and minimize stuttering. Free Sync works by matching monitors’ frame rates with graphics cards’ output frame rates in real-time, reducing both input latency and stuttering.

9) Philips 241E1S 24″ Frameless 24 Inch Monitor

Philips 241E1S 24 Frameless Monitor Review (1340 x 768) – This review discusses the Philips 241E1S monitor, a 24 screen with 1340 x 768 resolution, VGA and DVI ports, one analog audio port, three USB 2.0 ports, and its Energy Star qualified to save energy by using 40% less power when it’s turned off than comparable monitors.

Display Quality

The first thing that any tech enthusiast is looking for in a monitor is, of course, display quality. The Philips 241E1S has a very high contrast ratio, so you can expect strong image quality. There are no dead pixels, and color reproduction was perfect right out of the box. If you’re concerned about color accuracy, don’t be; even professionals will have trouble finding faults with it. Overall display quality is truly excellent – on par with 24 Inch Monitor that cost twice as much or more!

Usability & Features

When it comes to size, larger is almost always better. While 17 and 19 LCDs are becoming more commonplace, their relatively small screen size makes them hard to work with on a daily basis. The main feature of a 24 monitor is that it gives you nearly twice as much screen real estate as 17 or 19 monitors.

VESA Mount Compatibility

VESA mount is a great thing to have on a monitor if you ever plan on mounting it. The 241E1S supports VESA 100 x 100, so you can easily mount it using common hardware available at any big box or home improvement store. This is a great feature for those who plan on frequently swapping 24 Inch Monitor between desks or offices as VESA compatibility makes things easier to set up.

Performance & Conclusion

The 241E1S performs very well and is an excellent option for a multitude of tasks. The response time is incredibly fast, providing smooth picture quality when viewing action films or playing games. The frameless design is sleek and modern, making it easily accessible on a desk that may be limited in space. The only minor complaint we have with its performance is that it lacks support for 4K resolution. But with such strong performance overall, we can look past its one small shortcoming.

10) BenQ 24 Inch 1080P Monitor

BenQ’s line of high-quality monitors provides options to fit all needs, be it gaming, movies, work, or business. The BenQ 24 inch monitor comes in two models, the EW2420 and the EW2420LH models, each with different features and specifications. BenQ sent me their latest addition to the family, the EW2420LH model, to review and compare against their other offerings. A few things set this one apart from their other 24-inch models.

Main Features of the Product

BenQ’s high resolution (1920 x 1080) monitor allows you to enjoy amazing images and movies with a wider screen. It also features high-quality speakers that give your personal computer rich, resonant sound without distortion. The BenQ monitor has a large, ultra-thin bezel for an immersive experience in work and entertainment.

Test Bench

As a rule of thumb, you should test your computer 24 Inch Monitor at least once a year. To do so, simply use your mouse to check for dead pixels on each screen; if there are any, you’ll notice them immediately. If you spot any, don’t panic! Chances are they’re stuck there because of faulty pixels or dust and can be replaced under warranty (if you still have it) or fixed by your local IT repair shop.

Pros & Cons

This is a fairly nice monitor. I do enjoy having multiple connection options, most monitors today only have one or two, so it’s great to see that there are several on offer here. I also like how bright and crisp everything looks on my desktop as well. But, with all that said, there are a few downsides to being aware of.

24 Inch Monitor FAQs:

Is 24in monitor good for gaming?

A 24-inch monitor is a good choice if you’re looking for an affordable, multipurpose display. While it won’t be optimal for any one use case, in particular, a large display will generally give you more real estate on which to work and play, making it ideal for multitasking or getting lost in your favorite games. But don’t worry—you don’t have to choose between work and play.

Is a 24-inch monitor a good size?

It’s not a bad choice. But if you’re looking at a 24-inch monitor, chances are you’re using it as an extension of your desktop—and so is everyone else. When choosing a monitor, don’t just consider how big or small it is but also whether it offers any special features that can make your job easier. For example, it’s not much use having two different people working on one screen; ideally, they should have their own.

Can I use a TV as a monitor?

When it comes to getting a high-quality display that looks good, delivers excellent image quality, and is easy on your budget, there’s one important question you need to ask yourself: Do I really need a monitor?. To put it simply, monitors are better than TVs because they offer higher resolution, more connection options, and all-around greater versatility in terms of what you can do with them.
